What is the use of the knowledge if it cannot be applied to a practical situation? Astronomy workshops enhance ones knowledge, polish their skills, and let it be useful in a practical situation. So far we have organized several four day and one day workshops in and outside our school premises. Sometimes the assistance is taken from institutes such as ACCIMT and the Planetarium who have also purely dedicated themselves to the development of Sri Lankan Astronomy.
