Since we have introduced the night camp culture to the field, it has grown rapidly through the past decade or so. However the concept of day camps was also important in the study of astronomy. The lack of knowledge about the sun, "our great energy giver" led us to organize several day camps to observe the sun. Also we have to stress that, we organized the first interschool sun observation camp in 2006 which was named Helios.
